Valentina and Alfredo began their low-carb journey in 2017 when they became more conscious of how their food choices impacted their health.

Like many, Alfredo had a life-long struggle with his weight. After topping the scales at 429 pounds, Alfredo finally found the answer he’d been looking for his entire life: the keto lifestyle.

Alfredo immediately saw improvements when he began lowering his carb intake. He embarked on studies to learn everything he could about the ketogenic diet and lifestyle.

Valentina is a phenomenal baker and she began experimenting until she came up with the most delicious, mouthwatering, craving-crushing baked goods! So, every day when Alfredo arrived home from work, he had another indulgent treat waiting for him.

He told his wife: “Darling, this stuff is unbelievable! I can’t believe it is KETO!”

And that’s how it all started. They decided to open, and never looked back!

We do not use or offer any type of sugar or refined carbohydrates. Everything that we serve you, we also serve at our table.
